The company boasts a long-standing history in the construction and development industry dating back to the 1930s. The founder’s great-grandfather, Sandford Woods, owned a sectional joinery firm before transitioning to construction. The business was then passed down to Kenneth Woods, who later handed it over to the current CEO, Barry Woods. After learning from his father, Barry went on to establish his own successful portfolio of developments and start his own construction firm.
Now, as the fourth generation to uphold this tradition, Louis Woodford, our Managing Director, and Barry Woods, have come together to create a new company: W.W. Developments. This new company continues the family legacy and upholds the exceptional standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction set forth by our predecessors in today’s contemporary world.
